My name is Marilyn Ziegler. I am an occupational therapist (OT) now serving the Big Bear Valley. Big Bear has been my home since 1974, and I have been an OT since 2006. I’ve been working with aging adults in their homes since 2016. Recently I fulfilled my longtime dream to start my own business and work in my hometown of Big Bear.
Be Fulfilled Therapy Solutions' primary purpose is to assist people to fulfill their own dreams, and to age in place safely. If your dream is to continue to live in and enjoy your home, now and well into your later life, then we will help you fulfill that dream.
Together, through interview and collaboration, we will identify your goals, what you desire to accomplish in your home, and in your life. For example, do you feel safe and independent taking care of yourself, your home, and your responsibilities? Or do you struggle completing certain tasks? Have you experienced any falls, near falls, loss of balance, or felt uncomfortable or unsafe in your home?
Once we identify what is meaningful to you, we complete a thorough assessment of your home, of your ability to access certain areas of your home, and of your ability to complete various tasks. Together we will find solutions so you can live a life that is fulfilling to you.
