PHONE SALES-Sponsor Development Manager

REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE USA- Full-time or Part Time

* Must be able to work West Coast Business Hours, can work from anywhere in the USA.

* Must have outbound sales experience or a cover letter defining how experience will relate to this job

Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST/PACIFIC TIME ZONE (or 9 AM to 6 PM PST)

Ramp-Up Comp Plan - Be paid for outbound calls made, plus commission: For those Fulltime Sales Pros:

Earn $1,575 Phone Comp -Must make a minimum of 175 outbound calls daily, lesser calls will equal lesser Phone Comp

Plus, Commission 

 

Total Comp: $18,000 to $70,000 (sales commissions have no cap on earnings)

  • Plans available for those that want to work independently without any Pay Per Call compensation or management oversight.

  • Manage a team and you can earn a 4% override on all team sales.  Four sales pros managed should bring in an estimated $1,600 to $2,400 per month.  (You would be required to source your team)

 

First Month: Top Gun Closers can earn more than $3,000 per month (no cap) month one by closing at least one (1) sale per day. Sell two (2) ads per day and earnings can escalate over $6,000 per month. Income is controlled by you, based on your ability to sell, and close.  Ramp-up historically will take a sales pro 15 to 30 days before they can expect to close daily. 

 

Total Compensation to Percentage of Sales: will relate to 24% to 29% of all new ad sales revenue sold. Historical ad sales per rep are $10,000 to $22,000 per month. Income relative to historical sales ranges from $2,500 to $6,500 per month.

 

 

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR THOSE THAT LIKE TO SELL VIA EMAIL OR USING SOCIAL MEDIA, IT REQUIRES SOMEONE THAT CAN ASK FOR THE DEAL, AND ASK A SECOND TIME! Also, not a position for someone in customer service taking inbound calls. YOU NEED TO BE A HUNTER TO SUCCEED.

Ramp-Up: This compensation plan will provide a monthly steady income for those ramping up during the first ninety days and working to learn the business in the amount of $1,575 per month, plus commission with minor hurdles and qualifications of goals during this ramp-up period.

 

Long-term FULLTIME: W2 Sales Employee (Salary and Commission):

  • Prove production level of $8,000 per month for two consecutive months and you can be offered a full-time (W2) sales role paying $1,800 to $1,900 guaranteed salary with no Pay Per Call goal, plus commission on sales at a rate of 24% for all business produced over $9,000 in a month. No cap on earnings: ($30,000 to $80,000 earnings expectation during the first twelve months)

  • Manage and train a sales team and receive a 4% override on all team sales.  Four average sales reps should equate to $1,600 to $2,400 per month override income. 

Long-term PART TIME: Those seeking Part Time work would have to work as a 1099 rep with “no Pay Per Call” compensation, until they prove production of $5,000 per month, two months in a row, minimum of 4 hours worked per day.  At which time the W2 compensation plan would be prorated to mirror that of a Fulltime W2 rep

 

Independent Contractor: (Fulltime or Part Time) Time allocation minimum of 4 hours per day, minimum 4 days per week.  Ideal, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. 

* Sell and earn, management guidance, yet no daily oversight, manage yourself with full company tools.

* Bring the team in to manage and earn 4% commission on all team sales.  Bring in four salespeople, if they were to produce minimum per expectation of $10,000 sales per month, per person, would equal an extra $1,600 in bonus money, If they were to produce $15,000 each earn $2,400 in team bonus money.  Grow team to as many sales pros as you can source.  Create your own business, within a business.

 

  1. Company -ESTIMATED EARNINGS CHART: For ALL ROLES, including the Ramp-up Pay Per Call Program, W2 Sales Manager, Independent Reps, below are estimated annual compensation based on sales.

 

* Based on a $500 average sponsorship advertisement sale =

* Sell 1 ad per day =   $ 30,000 to $35,000 total annual comp

* Sell 2 ads per day = $ 68,000 to $75,000 total annual comp

* Sell 3 ads per day = $104,000 plus unlimited earnings

No Cap on earning- SELL MORE, EARN MORE

 

Skills Required: The ability to make 100 plus calls daily minimum, make and close from cold calls, handle rejection and be comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed. If you are frustrated with calls that will be heavily weighted with a “no” this job will be a challenge. It is a numbers game, the more you call, with a passionate script, the more you will close and earn.

 

Payroll paid on the 3rd and 18th of each month.
