Publishing Company- Twenty Year Business in Advertising Sales

 

Sell Advertising Space from your home or convenient location. Fundraising background would be helpful to your success, but not required.

 

OUTGOING-Phone sales experience is highly recommended for success. Cold calls leads are supplied by the company to the sales team.

 

Total Compensation will be 20% to 25% of all ad revenue you sell. Historical ad sales per rep are $10,000 to $22,000 per month. Income relative to historical sales ranges from $2,500 to $5,500 per month. Where do you fit in?

 

  • Training Period - Earn for calls during training period, plus commission: Someone that has the financial wherewithal to work through a four to six-week probationary period on a hybrid pay plan, described below.

 

  • Start-up Program: First four to six weeks, training period. During this start-up period, you will be paid based on calls made daily. Plus 16% of all sales revenue (ad dollars) was sold. (Bonuses available)

 

  • Everyday calls total 100 or more they qualify for a payment during training period.

 

 

    

BE PAID FOR CALLS MADE DAILY:

 

  • 75% of calls 100 per day or greater = Number of Calls counted at .60 cents per call; (Example: 120 calls X .75 = 90 X 50 cents = $45 plus commission of 16% on sales made/ make 160 calls x .75 = 112 X 50 cents = $56 plus commission of 16% on sales made)

 

  • Quality calls are deemed to be calls over 25 seconds. The company will monitor calls.

 

Periodically to ensure calls paid for are over 25 seconds in length. If calls counted are not over 25 seconds, the company reserves the right to adjust the amount earned to those that qualify.

 

GRADUATION SIGNING BONUS: We pay those that graduate from the training period and are chosen to join the company as a W2 employee. Upon 4 running weeks if:

 

  • One produces and sells $8,000 in advertising space; they can be invited to join the company and would receive a joining bonus of $250.

 

  • If during a four-week running period, is greater than $8,000 the graduation signing bonus will increase by $50 per thousand.

 

  • Example: Sell $10,000 earn $350

  • Example: Sell $20,000 in that four-week running period and earn $850 signing bonus. (Approximately 4 ads sold per week equals $8,000 in sales)

 

Monthly Bonus opportunities during the training period can escalate to both monthly and quarterly bonuses after graduation from training.

 

W2- Company Sales Employee to Regional Manager(W2) Build a Sales Team

 

  • You control your own destiny. Become a company W2 Sales Pro when you graduate from the Training Period: Six months in this role can lead to a targeted Regional Sales Manager position.

 

  • Those eligible as a W2 Sales Pro: at the end of the four-to-six-week training period, will be offered a full-time sales position starting at $1,800 per month base, plus, sales commission paid every two weeks, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus targets and can earn Excel Bonuses.

 

Independent Sales Pro (1099)

 

  • Independent 1099- Sales Development Managers- Manage yourself, excellent opportunity for that disciplined stay-at-home individual that wants to manage themselves. Full Time or Part Time.

 

  • Commission- 20% of all revenue sold, plus monthly bonus opportunities will be earned and paid every two weeks.

 

  • Monthly Bonuses- earnings can be obtained by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.  One can increase commissions paid, up to 25%. 

 

  • Income potential can increase every six months based on renewal and residual income.

Total Compensation will be 22.5% to 25  of all ad revenue you sell. Historical ad sales per rep are $10,000 to $20,000 per month. Income relative to historical sales ranges from $2,500 to $5,500 per month. Where do you fit in?

 

Simplicity of Earning Potential- based on ad sales.

 

* Based on a $500 average ad sale.

 

* Based on a F/T Monday through Friday work week- This is not to suggest a part-time employee cannot reach these milestones; however, we based these numbers on our full-time employees.

 

* Sell 1 ad per day = $27,500 to $30,000 total annual comp

* Sell 1.5 ads per day = $45,000 to $52,000 total annual comp

 

* Sell 2 ads per day = $65,000 to $68,000 total annual comp

 

* Advertisers brought in are eligible to renew every six months allowing residual earnings to increase total annual comp potential.

 

 No Cap on commission earnings- sell more, EARN MORE

 

The ability to create leads, make cold calls, handle rejection and be comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed.

 

Payroll paid on the 3rd and 18th of each month.
