The company is in a restart from a pandemic close.  We seek someone that will invest his/her time to build a solid business foundation.

Financial Rewards: Upfront the role pays $30,000 per year salary, in addition revenue sales bonus plans monthly, quarterly, and annually. Current sales volume in 2023, first quarter would have paid $350 to $450 monthly bonus and approximately $600 quarterly bonus.

Sales Incentives: Direct Sales generation incentives can double one’s salary. If this marketing manager can bring into the company large, multi-program sponsors, for every $10,000 produced in sales can earn an extra $2,000, unlimited, no cap.

Stake Holder Plan: Should this individual grow into the role of Chief Operating Officer, the company will have in place, in lieu of the low starting salary a phantom stake holder plan that could earn this individual up to 5% phantom equity in the business, fully vested based on five years employment and/or revenue goals reached, whichever happens first.

Incentive plan opportunities can increase income significantly each year. The expectation for year one would be $37,000 to $42,000 (based on 12 months) if the company meets objectives and projections for 2023 into 2024. An upside to make more should the company exceed expectations.

Year two would increase all end income by over $42,000 should the projections be met and, if company goals are exceeded the upside could be more than $45,000 to $55,000, plus any direct sales incentives earned, that can be $2,000 for every $10,000 in new sales generated directly.

If you have never worked for a company incentive-driven this might be a refreshing organization to join since we put no caps on the bonus plans, if the company produces more, the employees all make more. We believe when the company thrives all employees thrive.
